NCPA High School, Local Young Guns. If you can't find one, talk to your local field about setting one up, and to other fields near, maybe do a 3 or 4 event traveling league.

Any local tournaments. I wouldn't recommend any regional or national ones. Find a local field that has a tournament with a young guns division, beginner/rookie division or d5 division. NCPA high school is pretty scarce around the midwest... I would talk to some of your local fields and see what they can tell you about the local tournaments in your area. I know not every field holds tournaments.

Local fields always have a team that compete in local tournaments.
