Can you please redo the first picture so that we can read what is on the piece of paper and see the gear better?

Are the knee pads adjustable in any way? My legs are pretty skinny but this is one of the better deals I've found so far haha.

There is not much wear at all, as you can see on the front of them the little plastic/rubber wording that says dye is starting to wear off which is meaninbless seeing they are under your pants. But about them being shin or knee, they are just knee they are the dye core knee pads.
