Just an fyi, whole milk is 49% fat, skim is .7% and still has the same amount of calcium
Also, you should not be taking two doses of vitamins a day, that can cause you to go into the toxic ranges for many vitamins

If your looking to increase your protein intake eat more fish then chicken. Fish is packed with protein, and vitamins.

Start slow and build up man.

If you want to cut sodium, rinse the canned veggies

You should be getting at least 14g of protein a day.

Protein is best taken after a workout within an hour period. After that you won't recover as quickly.

You only need ONE dose of Multivitamins a day (24hrs) to fill in your micronutrients. I now assume that if you do not reply within a day or two that you may be in the ER due to toxicity of the iron, calcium, vitamin C, magnesium, and other things.

By plain rice I do mean brown rice

For the rest of you I'm following the plan that I received. The person that gave me the plan has been in usmc for little over 3 years now and has followed this diet and has built and managed his body

that doesn't look like a diet to put on muscle mass. it looks like a diet id use to lose weight and tone up.
