I had some time and came up with a recruiting poster, if anyone else has ideas post them up.
Feel free to use mine for whatever. It reminds me of a WWII style, but slightly cartoonish, but not sure if it works well, I do like the background though.

You might want to reconsider the font color, and rearrange the spacing of the text.

I changed them up a bit. I think they look better, but maybe not 100%
