So I have a deal going over on pbn and the guys address is a PO box. What's the deal with them? Are they legit to mail to? What happens if I ship first and he doesn't follow up, would the post office help me? Thanks

Shipping to a PO box

I wouldn't ship to a PO box. You don't have to have a residential address to get one (or so I think I see a lot of homeless people checking theirs at the post office), so it makes it easier for them to scam you since you don't have their residential address.

Many people require you to ship to a PO box if your shipping via USPS. PO box is your post office box. For example, I require people to ship to my PO box. It does not make it easier to scam a person. The post office has the PO box holders information (such as address). Its perfectly legit to ship to a PO box. But if you really feel that uncomfortable about it just ask for his address so you can feel reassured
