Do they wear the chin strap? On my dye i4s I just don't use them, but I really should.

Why do what the "pro's" do? Do what makes you happy, and if you think it would benefit you if you wore the chin strap, then go for it.

EDIT: It is their*

To answer your question, yes and no, when I slide around, I wear the strap, when I don't play hard, I don't.

When I slide around, I don't wear a strap, when I'm raping dorito and center bunkers, I don't wear a strap, when I chill and lane at home I don't wear a strap.

I'm a shouter so for me to wear the strap would fuck me bad. Do what works best with your play and communications styles.

I cant stand the buggers, but you should at least keep them in the box or in a baggie in your gearbag just in case you ever decide to wear it.

throw it in your box if you don't like it so you can put it on later, it is a personal choice, i personally don't feel the need, now in something like the LL final battle, i may just pull it out because if your mask comes off on the top of a hill you are in for some serious injury. but normally, i never use a chin strap, they just piss me off, are tedious and a pain to clip all the time, hard to get on before a point or w/e and they can block my chin when yelling which is detrimental to my play.

To be honest, I'd avoid copying everything the "pro's" do

As someone who works in the hockey department Its like fighting a wall when a 17 year old AA player comes in and wants to wear his bucket like the NHL players. The worst is the goalies, they see the big guys flip up their masks and swing it back down just with their head between plays. And you wonder why its like helmets don't prevent concussions. half the people on the ice are not even wearing them correctly.

For rec play, while chin straps are not required. I have a habit of doing it up. They never get in the way, and I'd rather have one if I needed it.
