good job keep up the work!!

i was in the same spot a little bit..im 5 foot 10, 5 foot 11 and at the last couple days of May I weight about 194..now today I'm down to about 169/170 (damn scale) feels good..just keep at, you will get there

I think my weight loss is slowing, sitting on 180-181. Which is nice, now I can start toning my body.


Since I've started doing this my I've noticed I've fit into my shirts better, and I can see more definition in my body.

Actually, pushed out a solid poop and pee'd this morning and the scale said 178-179. It was hard to see what increment it was on :P

Two month update!

Starting weight:197
July 12th update: 179

I had a nice dinner last night so I'm not 100% sure on the weight. I could be less.

a thing to remember as you get closer to your bodies natural weight it can get somewhat harder to lose the last few pounds

I'm probably starting to get close, it takes a little bit to lose a pound now. So I'm thinking my natural weight is mid-high 160's or low 170's.

So I think I stopped my plateau a little. Just by eating horrible.

Yeah unless you want to do carb cycling and all that fancy shit your done... I think you should start with the weights now.

I'm still going to do HIIT, I think it's pretty fun. But otherwise I'm going to start doing them fancy body weight exercises.

Wait a few days, you get worse results working out every day than 3 times a week. Since working out tears muscle fibers and rebuilds them bigger and stronger, what's the point of tearing them and not giving them time to repair themselves?
