Let's say I'm playing counter-strike and I see this guy just owning, how do I add him? Is it like ps3/xbox style or totally different? Also same for minecraft if there's a world with ppl in it. Also are there annoying kids on pc? Cause there are a lot on consoles.

Adding friends is different in a lot of games, if the game uses steam you can add them on steam. There are annoying people on every platform. PC is no different. But not as many people talk in game. Most use some kind of voip program
