I don't understand why people consider weight lifting manly and cardio for the weak... I can lift weights all day but running is just pure hell.

I have always liked running.I used to be pretty overweight,but I could always run a mile non-stop and never get tired.Now that I've slimmed down alot,I like it even more.The trick is to start running and don't stop,because when you stop,I find that your muscles start to tense up,and make it harder.

Yeah,even I hate suicides.Just a lot of people say running is hard because they stop and take a break every 1/4 mile.

I hate suicides too. I'm extremely fast but have low endurance. During football for the first few suicides I'm the first person, the rest I am middle/back.

I don't get it, I ate nearly two days worth of calories yesterday, complete junk food. I LOST WEIGHT. At 157, makes no sense. Not gonna complain :P

I don't really enjoy running, that's where plyometrics comes in, I've always found it pretty interesting to do, and besides, I don't need a whole ton of running endurance in paintball (long distance)

Nevermind, opening day is in two weeks, Next week is just a day to get everything set up.

I'm not sure when we will open up the speedball field, I'm assuming it will be after all the snow clears up. It should be open play, except for days specified for tournaments.

I'm unsure of how tournament info will be sent out, seeing as I was oblivious to the tournament we had last year, until the day it was held.
