Looks like the shell isn't all that durable. Might just be me though.

They said it could hold up like a rotor.

It appears to be the same approx. size compared to a rotor. Its not hard to palm a rotor.

We had a few people ask if the Spire comes in Black as well as about speed feeds... Crown2 with new and improved style fingers complete with removable back shell so you can switch back and forth in seconds.

Crown2 whatever, new speedfeed, does the same thing :P

There is only so much you can do with a loaders looks. They are all gonna look a like and since the rotor is probably the most popular every new loader that comes out "looks like a rotor". Its whats inside that counts.

i wonder what advantages it might have over the other super loaders?

being gentle on paint - Z2 & pinokio
feed rate - all
simplicity - rotor & pinokio
durability- rotor/ pinokio
board features - Z2
profile - Z2 / Rotor
capacity - pinokio

IMO it has to be a contender in most of these categories to really be consitered "better"

They're definitely taking way to long to release full pictures, or any other info. They should just officially release it now (Price, when it will be released, full pics etc.)

but that's just me.
