Whey Protein shakes, but you will get some sugars with it. I think it's 25 grams a scoop.

High protein? hmmm.. Looking for lean white meats? Chicken, fish, turkey.

Tuna/salmon alllllll fish have a high protein content but its all in how you eat it.. start adding alll kinds of butter nd stuff like that it defeats the purpose. you can buy tins of tuna sardines are really good as well high on protein,,,,

25g of sugar is almost unheard of in whey protein. Most are closer to 2grams.

tuna has the most protien out of all fish try a sdupplement but just so you know your body can only take 30-40 grams of protien every 3-4 hours

That sounds more like recovery drinks, those tends to be higher in sugar

if you can find some low sodium jerky, thats my all time favorite mid day snack on game days.

Some good high protein foods which are really good for the muscular health are:
Eggs,
fish,
meat,
chicken breast,
yogurt,
cheese,
green vegetables,
green beans,
and nuts.

A lot of people say stay away from fat but not all fat is bad do your research and tailor your diet to your goal as for protein like people said before fish is your friend it has more then just the protein benefit.

this also supreme protein bars, the metrx bars, power bars cliff bars and if your going to go with a shake try synthasix from bsn so far its my favorite.

avoid milk with your shakes if your trying to watch the sugar, also fish oil for your joints kashi also makes so good high protein snacks jerky is good but has alot of salt and it will make you retain water
