Very nice comparison, I know this has helped me tremendously on my decision with a gun in this price range, I had, at one point, considered the azodin zenith but it just seems to be an upd version of the blitz.
I never was particularly fond of the looks of the proto rail but the gog never really did it for me either so it's just a preformace thing for me and I think I'm going to go with the rail.

Thanks a TON dude this was VERY helpful!!!!

your welcome. :)

Considering it's the same price, I think it would be great to add the Azodin Zenith comparison to the OP. It's not quite an even comparison as the Rail/eXTCy (Two spools vs. Poppet), but there are features you get with the Zenith that neither of the Rail nor eXTCy have as well. If you haven't used a Zenith, my comments regarding it were at the bottom of this thread regarding the Rail vs. Zenith: http://www.techpb.co...1

I would have to own one myself to be able to compare the Rail/Extcy to the Zenith. Closest thing I got is the Kaos which I don't use too often since I bought it as a loaner. Maybe you could grab your knowledge of the Zenith and use the information I gathered for a In Depth Comparison... :P

That's not the direct conclusion I'd take from this comparison. The Rail has some advantages, the eXTCy has some advantages. Most would argue the eXTCy has more on balance, but it depends on what you value most.

I keep forgetting dude... I had my ex-gf sell her Rail to my friend who I usually paintball with but I keep forgetting. Maybe next time I won't forget and will definitely post it up. ;)

And this ^

The point of the comparison is for you to decide which marker you like better based on the information given. They both fit different audiences I would say.

You can't go wrong with either one, so pick the one that has advantages that fit you.

Would you recommend a invert too on either of these markers?

Bolt maintenance is easier on the extcy. Eye maintenance is easier on the Rail. Regulator maintenance I would say the Rail wins just because you need a snap ring plier to access the eXTCy regulator.

An Invert Too would work fine on either marker.
