Haven't heard of exhaustion or lack of sweat being caused by creatine. I am not saying that you are wrong, but I am curious where you read that?

You're not your job. You're not how much money you have in the bank. You're not the car you drive. You're not the contents of your wallet. You're not your fucking khakis. You're the all-singing, all-dancing crap of the world.

I popped on WebMD and a few health sites and most of the side effects were cramping and if you were to over-exert you might rip your muscles. They also recommend drinking more water.
They also do not recommend taking it when you're under 18 because it has not been tested on teens.

like mike said its all about the calories if you ever get to the point where you are so sick of food and eating that you can't take it anymore than i would consider investing in a weight gainer shake so you can drink some of your calories. But if not i would just save some money, peanut butter is way cheaper

Help
