I work an ice cream booth at the fair
yesterday some lady came up with a cup of water
Lady: Can i please have some ice for this?
me: Sorry but i would have to charge you 25 cents (boss' policy)
Lady: What the fuck??? i have a dehydrated little girl over there and all i want is ice why can you just give me ice blah blah blah

Wut? then why dont you give her the water? crazy fucking people feel too entitled to ice and especially the napkins. THEYRE FOR THE CUSTOMERS!

But to be honest, now that I'm working maintenance, I actually kinda miss the stupidity of customers when I worked retail. It made the job quite interesting.

My city has a huge fair every year. They try to hire high schoolers to work at it . From what I hear and see, all of the kids that work there are treated like crap. I once saw a manager scream at an employee for 5 minutes because he put his hand in his money pocket by accident. i would never work there, the jerk bosses and the dumb customers arent worth the minimum wage.

Most of them are having trouble getting jobs, and will take what they can get.

It was quite easy I just introduced myself to about 6 vendors and left them with a phone number, and my bosses are quite nice.
Patricia does stupid things and Troy can be kind of a jerk but don't we all? It's nothing I can't tolerate, especially when i get to
go to the bank and the teller is just counting out 20 20 20 20 20 20 20 20 20 20 20 20 20 20 20 20 20 20 20....

As part of my summer job, i worked at a local market. In the booth i was at we sold coffee. So this one customer walks up and asks "Do you have coffee", i say yes.
"OK, can i have a small de-caff coffee with soy milk" , so after explaining to her what i can get her she asks how much, i say $2, then she pays with a $100 bill...:angry:
