A coup is a 2 seater, technically the T-Top, and convertibles fall into that category.

coupes are 2 doors with a roof. convertibles are not coupes. T-Top ... gray area, like a targa top car.

^ yes. i was making the generalization that a 2 door, 2 seater was a coupe. i would consider a T- Top a coupe. totally forgot about convertables
