I finally got on TechPB Forums after so long, and was looking through this section for things I want might be able to relate to or post a funny comment to ruin the sadness of the post, only to find that I couldn't, even after going to Walmart, Target, and Cosco, find a damn to give.

Anyways. I was doing some casual browsing of the paintball Youtube videos, and made the mistake of looking at the comments of every single one. I found arguements, and comments that disagree with the video. I've noticed that it's very very annoying when someone end's their comment with three dots at the end. It makes them seem cocky and it always looks like:
"Hey tard, why are you so blind as to not figure ___ out. It's SO obvious. Obviously I'm better than you, but you're bad at catching obvious things, so you must've not noticed that fact."

For example, say theres a video review of a gun, and at some point the dude says something along the lines of:
"I'm going to upgrade to a ____(lets say 'new gun'), but I'm not sure whether or not to get ___ or ____ (lets say pump or electro). I want to be able to ______(lets say 'limit my rate of fire and focus on skill, but I also like to provide good firepower as well.')
Then I scroll down to the comments and somewhere in the midst of arguements, claims, and posts about a mistake the dude made, there is some douche who says something like:
"You could just get a mech..."
I see it, and think "That cocky bastard." There could be comments that are like: "You could just get a mech" and I think nothing of it, but when 3 dots are added, I have a negative view of them.

Speaking of annoying comments, I also always discredit the intelligent authority of an individual when they use bad grammar or small internet slang, such as using the wrong form of 'your' and 'you're', or 'their, they're, or there' or putting 'u r' or shorten words obnoxiously. I try to justify it by thinking that they're just using their phone, but then I shut it down by remembering that when I text I make my words and sentences perfect grammar and spelling wise, or correct it immediately.

Just my judgement on people, so basically a rant. Hoping people agree with me.

The "..." Is called an elipses.

But the whole reason why people do that, is they want to appear as if they don't care, just imagine someone shrugging with their arms crossed, lazily engaging in the conversation.

"You could just go do this..."

But also imagine that person, bursting at the seems with anxiety, praying that someone will engage them in to that topic, wishing people would notice, they don't want to seem desperate.

Or maybe they just likes dots n' shit.

But... sometimes... doing the triple dots...makes things seem... more dramatic?....

Whenever I do its just meant to imply a casual suggestion. That's how I view it in my head. So "You could get a mech..." to me is more casual than "You could get a mech."

As for the incorrect spelling and grammar, I've gotten to the point where I correct it in my head and move on.

For the love of god! "U mad" is the most overused meme ever. It was funny for three years ago.
Shut the fuck up with the bad trolling!

On to the original post.
I use elipses every now and then. But usually I just stick to one dot.

PS: I'm not mad and the first part of this post shouldn't be taken seriously. ;)

This rant has too many blanks. Dangerously close to homework. Did not read.
It's all about the game and how you play it, All about control and if you can take it
All about your debt and if you can pay it, It's all about pain and who's gonna make it

You know what I hate? People who wirte "JK" right after they cracked a joke.
First of all, you have a dodgey smiley right there, people can fucking see it. No need to just repeat yourself.
Secondly, if you are gonna write "JK" do it like this:

Quote

"Hey motherfucker, you're a piece of shit!

Just kidding, man."

That's how you do that. Now if you use a dodgey you are permittet to have it after the dot in your sentence.
Come to think of it, I should make a rant about all these pet peeves I have.
