Getting back into balling..eyeing the etha or drone dx

My old setup was an ego 08, but sold that 2 year's ago...

I'm liking the etha but been wanting a macdev marker since the droids release

Drone would DESTROY the etha, lol.

BUT they cost a bit more.

It has a little bit.
But the trigger on the etha, you have a pretty big chance of gettting a complete CRAP trigger.

All you have to do is the credit card mod for the etha trigger. you can pick up a etha for around $270...not a bad gun for that price. a etha sold on here yesterday for $235.
a drone dx wouldn't be bad if you get it for a good price.

I got that Etha :) and no the trigger isn't bad at all. Not sure if some of them are but mine's great.

You can make the Drone's trigger a lot better by just taking out the spring in it, I did that and I like it more than the Violent trigger I bought for it.

I am not quite sure how to explain it, but almost all Etha's triggers are different. You can grab 5 of them out of box, and each one's trigger will feel different. It can be great, nice and crisp and no wiggle. Then the next one is sloppy, and wobbles back and forth nearly half an inch.

well apparently, I was playing an EPL tournament and the three people that I saw that had drone DX said that there were so many problems with it and that it wasnt worth the price. get an Etha, planet eclipse reliability right there

The etha's going to shoot not nearly as good as a drone, though.

The drone is quieter, smoother, and more efficient.
