Name, Age, Location:L.A Burton, 14 Years old, I live in Ajax,
Ontario, Canada.

Years of paintball experience: 5 years of paintballing experience (3 years on team) , This upcoming January will be my sixth year

Are you familiar with IP Board: Yes, i am familiar with the IP Board system and i know how to exactly and precisly work it.

What other message boards have you moderated, started, or assisted with: I have Started a forum on my old Piczo website, but that has been taken down due me getting into paintball and not getting time to go on it. I am pretty good with HTML CSS and stuff like that.

What sections would you like to help the TechPB community out with?:Really and truely, I love TechPB so much that I personally am willing to help out with any thing/ and section that there is. Graphic work, Html, Forum Changes, Sig Slaying, Editing post, Making sure there is no B/S/T out of the b/s/t section and things like that. I am willing to help all around, anything you need help with , you know im there. Atm, Im helping mods by reporting post and im helping TechPB by helping moderate the late night shows in the chat.

Have you ever worked at a paintball store, field, or within the industry?:
I have actually reffed a couple games at my local feild, and helped out abit around there (cleaning ect.).

Have you played in any major events? Scenario Games, National Tournaments, etc?: If you call a Rookie Tourny major then i guess i have. It was held at Next Paintball in Pickering Ontario. We actually did not do so good, but i got 95% of the kills with a Invert Mini Vlocity jr and a steelie tank. I actually played snake and just tore it appart.

Any other forums you currently moderate at?: At the moment i do not CURRENTLY moderate at any forums, but i will attempt to start another forum for my site again but for now, Im here with the TechPB community helping out..

Fill out an employment application, send us a copy of your valid drivers license and consent to background check:
I dont have my License A.T.M. But in two years I will. Anyways, Heres some Valid Id.

Background Check:
May 2005-Dedicated myself to the sport of paintball
July 2005-Opened a Piczo site to start my Graphic career.
April 2006-Made 200 dollars from Google Adsense and got my tank.
July 2007-Worked at my local shop for a while cleaning up ect.
I have committed NO criminal offences.
And a LONG time ago, became affiliated with TechPB.
If you guys need more, or more detailed let me know.

Reason why i should become a Moderator for Techpb.com/Application :
I should become a moderater for Techpb because i know alot about paintball and the paintball community. I do constant studies to answer any question i am asked so that I reply with accurate information. I also get straight A's in school so you can say that i learn pretty fast for a kid of my age. I currently own a Invert Mini, Grillz, Empire jersey, Premiumpaintballproducts pants (Its my teams local store) i also have a vlocity jr with a rotor on the way. I know pretty much all there is to know about paintball from contacting the direct company or even just asking around the chat or forums. For example if i have a question about Empire and there Prophecy i will directly call them and ask so that i am not putting out false of incorrect information to the TechPB Community. I am very very percise about my imformation because one wrong peice of information leads to another. I carry out TechPB very maturely for someone my age, i have been asked by older people 15-30 about paintball questions and they have all learned something new from my words. And, I will be the first Black Moderator on TechPB which will show that TechPB and Paintball isnt just a "one colour" sport.
I think i am very worthy, i know you dont want 13 year olds running around moderating your forums but once im there you will think im way older that 13, trust me on that one. Sincerely,

-Laburton.

laburton has been supporting the TechPB community for quite sometime now. Even though he's only 13 I think he's proved that he's mature and able to handle a moderator position.

You have my support

i expect that you'll have to deal with some drama over your age, but you'll get mod status, don't worry.

I don't think posting three separate Mod Application threads is a good start....

Also, no matter what I don't think they will let you be a mod yet, because mods are paid here, and your not old enough to be paid.

Keep helping out the community, and just see what happens.

The other threads were closed.
And I was suggested by a moderator (unnamed) to
make another one.

Having a person who reads like almost every thread become a mod seems pretty good, cause I've noticed that most stuff doesn't get caught unless its drawn attention or is reported. Hopefully hes able to differentiate the flames from the rest.

But its not an actual support or disapproval of Laburton.

And join the Players Club too Laburton, might help your chances that tiny bit, cause everything counts lawl.

Just because he has a high post count, definitely does not mean that he's helpful. Theoretically, of course, Labbie.

He's definitely helpful and contributes, but I don't endorse people in these threads.

Although it seems like I haven't been on the forums for long, I have been on it just not a member, and let me tell you. I'm the same age as him, and he is incredibly mature. He always has helpful and descriptive posts. I definetly think that he should be a mod. I'll put the link to this thread in my sig. BTW, have you heard of Camerons Indoor in stoney creek?

He seems to be a pretty helpful guy. I don't always agree with his opinions or necessarily think the info he's giving out is correct, but he does try to help people, I'll give him that. I'm not going to go so far as to put a link to this thread into my signature for him, but he does have my support.

Kickass field. If you're there over the Easter long weekend and you see a guy with a black Cyborg or a grey and yellow PM8 wearing E-Vents and a red Eclipse jersey, say hi ;).
