I found a barrel kit EXTREMELY cheap on eBay and was wondering if there was any way at all to find the thread type of it.The seller says he doesn't know what kind of threads it is and I asked him what marker they were used with but he has yet to respond. Is there any way to tell what thread type the barrel back is through looking at it?
Thanks for the Help!

That looks like Spyder threads to me. I would wait for a response first.

Definitely old Angel threads.

Courtesy of dr.strangelove:

This is a question that gets asked frequently, and the answer is pretty simple:

The LED, LCD, IR3, Speed, A4, A4 Fly, 05 Speed and G7 all use "Old Style"/"Original"/"G7" Angel threads. The G7 Fly and 06 Speed (including the Ga+) use "New Style"/"06"/"G7 Fly" Angel threads. The A1 uses the same threading as the "06" barrels, but the shank after the threads is shorter. This means that an A1 barrel used on an "06 style" gun will result in a gap between the end of the barrel and the beginning of the breech (too short), and that an "06" barrel used on an A1 will result in a small amount of threading being exposed (too long). The difference between threads is easy to distinguish: The "Original" style uses coarser threads with a much longer shank, while the "06" style uses much finer threads (more like 'cocker threads) and a shorter shank.

Here are pics to illustrate the different types of threading:

How much do you think this kit would sell for here on TechPB? (obviously with angel threading)

Not much since very few people use Angels anymore.
In fact, I don't think I've ever seen one on the field.

So you don't think its worth anything? If you were to buy it, what's the max. you would pay? (to sell it here)

I'd say the most you'd be able to part it for would be about $25 to somebody who really needed a new barrel for his older Angel.
IMO, not worth it.
