Yes they fit like a glove in the mag they make. What about say the dye dam mags? Or even the Tiberius mags.

I'm not concerned about straight mags, but rather the curved mags. They don't have the same geometry at the front as FS rounds, so I'm wondering how they'll handle something like that.

I'm worried they had to make them bigger or smaller to avoid a lawsuit from Tiberius arms for a copyright infringement. If they are bigger or smaller they might only fit in they're proprietary mags without issues arising. Those are just my worries.

Well, they fit fine in a Carmatech magazine, and those were designed for normal FS rounds.

Thank you for putting my worries to rest. Now for my next question. Where and when can I pick a box up so I can teat fire them through my dam an possibly sight it in for them. Because the price is definitely right. Maybe even test them against the fs to see how they compare.

With a cover like that you'd probably have to buy tournament paint wouldn't you? So a couple boxes of those and a bag of ultra-evil.

Anyone know that type of pouches these mags fit in? I'm debating what plate carrier I'll buy for it.

I'm guessing they're fairly standard shaped magazines, so whatever all the other magfed guns with similar magazines fit in should work.

I rock AK mag pouches for my MILSIG, and they fit M4 sized mags fine (Read: Hammer 7 mags, Dye DAM Mags, D-Mags). So if anything, I would go with AK just to be safe.

Does anyone here currently own a TGR2?
I ask because all I've been seeing are these preview videos and rumor mill speculatory comments about the rifle, there's not much to go on in terms of an actual comprehensive review of the marker. I would implore anyone who owns a TGR2 to do a video review so we can get some facts to go on.

Such as:
Deviations in FPS, chrono it with each spring from the kit.
Air consumption, both HPA and CO2.
Quality review of the parts.
Ergonomics. Not just at rest but understress. Magwell ease of reload.
Etc.

Just an average review. Yes, I know there are videos out there on the TGR2 but they are preview videos and the filmers were asked by Scarab Arms not to do a review until the marker was released, seeing as they were using a prototype. The TGR2 has been released for quite some time now, I hope someone (*couch* "Mike") will do a review soon.

I think the gun has been released, but I thin the problem is that not many people knows that this company exists. This gun does look appealing, however the reciever looks really chunky to me. Maybe it's just from the pictures, but this gun looks really large.

I think they made the receiver larger so that the mag-well doesn't look chunky or just stick out randomly like a milsig. definatley agree the grip looks tiny compared to the rest of the gun.

If I didn't buy so many guns for the sole purpose of fondling them i'd be a very rich man.

Am I the only one that when they see FEP QUEST they read it as FAP-QUEST then chuckle silently?

I would have to disagree. It's pretty well proportioned to the AR rifle variants it mimics.

Though I know where you're coming from. It's the extension from the gas block that makes the grip look small, nothing I can't over look. I feel that way when I look a a Milsig K series, to me they look like a 98 custom with a out of place magwell and a AR front shrouded barrel.

The K series is the exact marker I had in mind.

Looks like a SCAR, you say?

That's the TGR1 they are working on. And all SCAR's look the same, there's no difference between the H and L besides the caliber they are chambered for. The SCAR H shoots a 7.62mm, and the SCAR L shoots a 5.56mm.

I think it looks more like a ACR then anything

Stop worrying about how you look, and start worrying about how you play. Get out on the field and play paintball the best you can, not stand at home in front of a mirror trying to figure out if your jersey matches your eyes.

I said scar h because it is beefier and more elongated than the l version.
