id say 4 simply because its more versatile for all positions. regardless of what position you play, you're probably going end up taking 4 pods out onto the field with you.

I would have to also agree with a 4 pod. That is also a good size to have if you ever do change positions. The NXE is good, but I also like the DYE ones as well.

It is not a POD, it is just a pod. "POD" is an acronym where as "pod" is a tube.

Personal preference, none will stick out any more (for all practical purposes) and if your a small guy (or girl) you may just want the three for weight, although four is generally regarded as better for most people.

I like a 3+4 pack, I don't typically bring more than 5 pods ever anyway.

I say 4, used to have 3, but if you ever have to play back, its nice to have the extra pods.. Just easier to be more versatile.
