Yeah but most poppers already produce more or less the same results? And it's a dump valve so the efficiency and quietness are called into question.

It does have a dump chamber, but if I'm not mistaken a lot of spool valve markers do. The dump chamber is shut off mechanically in this marker though, which is what sets it apart. Here:
