I think if it was released at this price initially it would have had better results...

I think that's a great deal for a awesome little shooter. I may have to sell offa few guns and pick one up.

from talking to someone who has owned and used one for awhile, its actually a pretty decent shooting marker. if it had released at this price it probably would have killed, but they didnt,

You'd be surprised. My field sells mini's like crazy, just about every single person under the age of 16 has either a tippy or mini where I play at.

I think that this is the price they should have been released at a year ago. I still think it's over priced. Shorten up the fore-grip and put an on-off ASA on it, and I'd get more excited.
If I didn't buy so many guns for the sole purpose of fondling them i'd be a very rich man.

Am I the only one that when they see FEP QUEST they read it as FAP-QUEST then chuckle silently?

I think that's about the price it should have been released at.

Well I may have just found my new marker.

On a different note I can hear anyone who was trying to sell a crossover on the forums head exploding right now.

From what I can tell, I'm pretty sure no one was selling them on the forums. Dealers were hemorrhaging them at great deals, though. I tried to get one from FixMyGat, then one from Hustle, and ultimately picked up mine at Pev's. None of those sold for even the newly lowered price tag.

The marker is great. It'll be the most efficient thing you can buy in the price range until you get up to the Drone at $429, very smooth, and mechanical mode is fun to play with. The barrel is killing me, though. Oh, and the first thing to do is remove the trigger spring.

It has much less kick and much more efficiency than a 98. Plus it's easier to take apart for simple maintenance (though, admittedly, changing the board or the solenoid would be more challenging). I think you'll be surprised if you try one with the trigger spring removed. I know I was.
