So is this an actual re-release? Thats pretty cool and the price is much more realistic.

Yep. A true re-release. It's even the same indestructable plastic shells as the old revvys.

You match this with the enmy and a 45/3000 and you'll have a good entry level setup at an affordable price.

So true, maybe we'll see an old school tourney series soon too?

Well, we can dream at least.

Come to the dark side,we don't have cookies, but we do have revvys.

And hopefully, they will sell internals separately so I can try to make a 50/100 round revvy.

I am heavily considering going back to mech. I don't like pump so much and when I use my G6R it just lays paint down that is just stupid amount and unnecessary for just doing basic Walk-on play... I will probably keep my G6R till June when or if Empire releases this marker on time, plus value of a Resurrection will hold better then an Aging electro.

plus the Revvy is extremely easy to take care of, only problem i have ever had with one was when one of the eyes got scratched after some dirt got into the hopper.

Anyone know if they used a different screw system for these? On the old Revys the screws that held the clam shell in place screwed directly into plastic threads. I think it's better to have the screws go straight through the shells and screw into a nut on the other side so there aren't any plastic threads to strip, like on Halos.

Edit

Looked at the picture closely and I don't see nuts or screws Posted Image

I have an old Revvy (but not an original) and the shells do get brittle over time. The hinge part of the lid broke last Saturday. The plastic portion where the screws have broken, but I dumped glue in the cracks to hold it together for a while longer. However, I do have two extra complete shells waiting in the wings and just ordered two lids from iiSports. In the meantime, I made a ghetto speed feed for it from a garbage disposal splash guard.

I love the old workhorse. It's simple, reliable, and easy to change batteries. I put it on my SP-1 and love the sound of it when it spins.

Maybe more parts like x-boards will be available soon ...

I hope Paintball Online isn't spoofing us ...
