So what kind of bolt is it that you ordered? If it wasn't the Goldmember, then is it the Critical bolt? Something similar?

Not sure what kind of bolt...Ryan didn't even know the name of it he just said that it's similar to the GM...I figured might as well get one just in case and besides I'm running a stock bolt. Last night I changed just one of the orings on the bolt pin...everything seemed okay...I'm currently using SLEEK until my order comes in.
I may lower the Dwell to 12....I like my Quest shooting smooth...would like more efficiency but since I normally play front and Xball anyways....I'm not as worried about running out of air since I usually only carry 3 pods with me.

Either way, I'm glad it's doing well. What lube did you order?

Dwell was probably set high so it can run a little more silent and smooth. The stock FEP barrel was super loud but when I switched to my CP 2 piece it quieted down a bit. Some people run their dwell high and lower the lpr down to 40 which I don't intend to do no matter how much my Quest is broken in. I'm gonna try 12 first and go from there.
Not sure what the lube is...basically I ordered it along with a hedgelock, orings, and the bolt from Ryan Podesta at Thirtyfirstpaintball.com which is now a Quest service center. Bronc had referred them to me. I just asked Ryan if he had lube and parts for the Quest and he give me a great deal on everything that I forgot to ask him what kinda lube is coming in the mail.

100psi for sure will make it mow, but a lot of people after their o-rings break in can run it lower. I run mine about 85psi-90psi, and 95psi when it's colder.
Also try the tape mod, it helps with consistency and efficiency

Mine is around 75 psi so I'll turn it up. The ANS guage on it is a little weird to read. Guam's weather is pretty much tropical all year round so we don't have to worry about it being cold out here.

Bronc, come back to the nation. we miss you.
And to throw caution to the wind, I will not heed your warning about the Taco Bell shrimp taco. It looks to delicious to resist.
