Nice pics :) great to see some photographers in Canada too! You plan on attending any of the U.S events?
My sig was edited / removed because it was not within the rules. Images used in signatures are to be less then Width of 600px, and height of 160px. Only ONE image is aloud in the signature, and it must be 30k or less. Only 5 lines of text are aloud. No text larger then size 2 is aloud in the signature.

My image was over the 30k AND My text was too big I really am a muppet

I hopefully will be covering the NPPL next season at the events that I am playing in. as well as the OSC when I am not playing.... SPPL is a possibility, As well as Invasion of Normandy, and Oklahoma D-Day, Which I regularly attend as a player....

Yeah right now I'm enjoying the mooch sites till I can generate enough revenue to make the $150 a year worth while for a .com.

MBDPhoto.shutterfly.com

Was going to have a CTS 5-Man last week but coming home from another event my car decided to die... Didn't even need to have anything fix just clean out the fuel filter. So with 1 maybe 2 more events left in the season I'll be making alot of calls to fields for services. Wouldn't mind doing a PSP event but we'll see what next year brings.

I will have to check that out when I get home. I tend to do a lot more local(im talking, Within 6 or so hours driving distance) events for paintball when Im shooting my camera. But, Next year I will (hopefully) be at: Huntington Beach, OSC Hawaii, OSC Hollywood, World Cup, SPPL Oklahoma, Oklahoma D-Day, Invasion of Normady, and quite a few other events in the states... As for PSP, Would you happen to know how much it costs to get on the field Steed? If so, PM Me.

I'm in the same park as you are, right now fields that I know I can service are 4-5 hours but I'd love to get to a national tourny event. As far as Press Passes go, I'm not entirely sure, NPPL is pretty strict on thier rights but I'm not sure out PSP, they maybe alittle laxed if you do 1 event. As far as D-Day goes your on your own, I've played that field and couldn't imagine trying to do any press coverage for it, you'd need a team of photographers and dedicated journalist to do it justice. I'm trying to support the national promoters like Viper, and Black Cat though Spiro hasn't given me much of a reply yet while Viper's been incredibly helpfull.

As far as getting a press pass I'd wait till after cup to try and talk with someone just so you can get them in the off season when they're not stressing.

XPB, just a little thing, I don't recommend putting www. ... .com across your photo unless that's your domain. Someone posts that some place someone's interested they punch that in and they don't find anything, or worse someone else stuff your SOL and giving business and credit to someone else.

"As far as D-Day goes your on your own, I've played that field and couldn't imagine trying to do any press coverage for it, you'd need a team of photographers and dedicated journalist to do it justice." We happen to have 5 Photographers and Myself as a Journalist at High Impact Imagery :P So, I consider us a good team. I will post up some of my pics when I get home.

Yeah the down side to Scenario photography, you're stuck on site unless you know where to sell images too and get above going rates.
