If you have stickers on a hopper, tank, etc you need to remove. Simply use a hair dryer and warm up the whole sticker (this will take a minute or two), while still keeping the hair dryer on the sticker, peel it off. The adhesive will be removed on the stick so you won't have an residue remaining on the hopper shell.

I've done this countless times and it works.
just make sure you have REALLY heated up the sticker first.

if anyone has any other tips, please post.

Note from Orange - This does work I've done this with both hoppers and hardhat stickers.

If the sticker peels off and leaves the white underside, get Goo Gone it is better than anything else I have used. Oh and Heating is definately the best way to do it. USe goo gone if it isnt heated enough.

I've done basically the same thing to a garbage can before, except it was with a torch, and therefor more fun.

You and use hot water on like a hand towel, but you still have to use nails to get the sticker off and if there is any residew then just scrub it with the hot wet towel.

Like someone said above, if you don't mind spending a couple bucks, Goo Gone is AMAZING stuff and works great!

use boiling water, but not hot enough to bend the plastic, then just water you sticker with hot water but do not get the batterys or inside the feedneck. once the sticker is hot peel it off then use a rage with warm water to remove the acess glue left behind

For the left over residue dont bother with Goo Gone. If you have any WD40 around it works great for that. That's about the only thing it is good for though.

WD-40 works wonders on all sorts of glue and stickers, some types of plastic can melt from it though.

LIGHTER FLUID, works like a charm

1) remove sticker (dont worry about sticker residue or the white paper backing that stays stuck behind the sticker...)
2) get a paper towel/rag and put a couple drops of lighter fluid on it
3) apply to area, continue this process until its removed! add more if you need to
4) wipe of any of the left over lighter fluid from your loader!
5) your done and ready to ship your loader

:D hope it helps someone!

Goo gone is great, but, sometime it leaves an oily residue that is a bit hard to clean off. I have used WD40 to remove stickers, paint, and other things like that. I think the hair dryer is the best idea.
