It only weighs 10lbs with the launcher on, and the launcher weighs almost exactly 4 pounds. It's pretty good tho since a REAL AR-15 or M4 weighs around 7-8lbs, so it weighs the same as the guns its mimicking. It's very solid and will take a beating. Now compared to a mini or ego at about 2lbs it seems heavy, but considering the gear I wear gets up to 15lbs and on a hot day it's murder, I hardly notice the gun at all. Makes the game fun, AND a workout. lol. The sling really helps alleviate a lot of the weight too. I've never really had a problem with it, like i said, i'll complain about the gear long before I have an issue with the gun.
