Man, I seriously think you should have kept the bullets chrome and just clear coated them. But then again, it all comes down to your own personal preference.

Edit: Or even the original blue. Its got some paint scratches and that just adds to the badassery. It just makes the bullets make more characterized.

I obviously meant your putting the helmet on the mask. Also, just paint your mask....

spray painting mask = fail imo

it clogs up venting makes it sticky-ish and just would look like crap.

Oh, okay. Also, are you planning on attaching the helmet to the mask, or just have it sit there (i'm guessing your attaching it)

well we'll see on that one, if it flops around too much I'll use some velcro or something but if it stays firm theres no need.

I think you should Velcro it anyways, just for safe keeping.

Anywho, imo off to bed. Night.

well progress hit some tubulance because

1. Getting through this steel was a BITCH!! it was harder than the bullets it took 3 bits
2. I've only been able to get two holes so far (damn helmet grinds down bits easy)
3. I tried to paint it but again cursed with my bad luck I had to restart
4. When I tried to get rid of the paint, it didnt feel like coming off :(
5. I had to go buy paint stripper and even though I made an attempt at defending the star it got shriveled up along with the paint so it had to come off

5 might actually not have been a bad thing, I might make some kind of design to put on any ideas? im thinking a crap load of little stars all over or something or I could leave it all black?

Pics of the situation (they make it seem worse than it really is though)
