I like it. Shot wise, its kinda like the G4 but with a tad quieter pop.
No leaks out of the box, almost the same ergos of spec r's when holding the front end near the inline reg.
The grip frame felt a bit substantial than the g4.
I threw away the DP lube included, i didnt want to take a chance.

Overall, they redesigned the bolt, reg, trigger, circuit board and ASA. I think its a better buy than the G4.
And there are ridges milled inside the breech that are kind of a mystery to me.
But one thing is for certain, one cannot use the existing Techt bolt engine for the G4/SpecR.
The sail oring on the bolt engine would be shredded by the said ridges in the breech when fired.

i got to prototype the G5 a few months back... its a nice little shooter for the price. :tup:

I dryfired and put 2 pods thru her in the backyard OOTB and i didn't experience any.

yah i was very fortunate to be allowed to use it. i used it during a walk on game... no one asked me any questions since it was all black. :tup: cant wait to prototype more markers in the future. ;)

Yeah I'm in Love Hate Relationship with my G6R. It shoots amazing and all, but holy cow does it chew through paint like nothing. It emptied my hopper in record time i think and that was just for one lane..
