I recenly came across an Alias intimidator! (YAY)

But I can't get the LPR apart :( I can get it completely out of the gun so it looks like this:

But I can't get it apart so that I can service the internals Posted Image

Anyone got a technique or process that works? I've already tried putting it in a padded vice, it just twists out fo the vice Posted Image. I'm beginning to be worried that the previous owner loctited it or something...

Thanks in advance!

Mine doesn't come apart like that though (at least it doesnt seem to)

When I pull it out, it comes completely out of the body, and there's no way to get to springs or pitsons or anything :(

Thanks for the video though!

Theres no reason to call Blast for an LPR not coming apart.

Usually it comes apart before it comes out of the frontblock. My best idea is to torque it down to the front block, put pkyers on the lpr so it doesnt twist, then twist the cap by hand. Apply heat if it really seems loctited.

Vice and clamp. Find soft covers or use some rubber to add friction but reduce horrific scratshing. Just using a towel in a vice for padding won't give you the grip you need. A heat gun should help in nothing else works.

If you know anyone who works at a machine shop/garage then ask them for help since they probable run into this problem very frequently.
If all else fails then go to your local Pro Shop and ask them to get it apart. They should have all the gear needed to pull your arm from your body and taking apart paintball stuff with marring it is their bread and butter.
