Is this Ninja reg still safe to use?
21 April 2013 - 07:36 PM
I screwed in my cross fire tank which has a ninja UL reg into a wgp standard asa. When I went to unscrew it, it was really hard to unscrew and when I finally got it free I noticed the threads on the ninja reg looked worn. I then screwed it into my cp on/off and it screwed in fine (it actually screws in smoother than before) and when tightened down it doesnt wiggle around. I then aired it up and it pressurized my gun fine with no leaks.
Can i still use this reg without any worries? Heres some pics, thanks.

Anyone else prefer macroline?
24 February 2013 - 09:06 PM
When I started playing (2008), electro's without macroline didn't exist as far as I know (except the Mini). So I guess I kinda got used to it that way and now I just can't stand guns that don't have macroline. They just look so weird and "incomplete". Anyone else feel this way too? -
Eyes only work with light shined at them
20 February 2013 - 05:58 PM
I have a pair of Dm5 eyes that only work if I remove the eye covers and shine a bright light at one of them from behind. Without this light, they constantly sense something in the breech. I already removed them and cleaned them (and the breech). As soon as I shine the light, the eyes sense nothing and don't let the gun shoot. What could be the problem? I'd imagine that if the eyes simply didn't work, they wouldn't work at all, but they do work if I shine the light. The battery is a fresh 9 volt. -
Why is it easier to unscrew with an on/off?
18 February 2013 - 10:26 AM
I've been playing for a while and have learned a lot but I'm still uncertain about this. How come when you unscrew your tank from an on/off ASA while it is in the off position, it's easier than unscrewing it from a standard ASA?
Is it because the pin is putting pressure on the threads? -

06 Nov 2010 - 11:02- keep doing this until you get to the velocity you want to play at
this is the best i can tell you. my g4 still gives me problems, but this warm-up technique works wonders.

- gas up marker
- you'll probably hear air leaking from breach; increase velocity slowly until you hear a 'thup' and the leak stop
- start dry firing
- eventually bolt will break loose and fire
- gradually increase velocity AS you dry fire
