forming a faction team for Hells Assault. We will playing red and be responsible for harassing blue side main lines all day it will be a challenge and will be painful but it will be very active day no boring static fighting.

So I've noticed a few things about paintball lately... I feel as though it's nearly back from it's Height in 2004. When I go to my normal field there is always more than 7-10 people there. Utah just had it's largest scenario game ever(400+ people) and either it's me getting more into the sport than I ever have or the game around me is actually growing... Every time I see these "big games" there are so many people not just a few handfuls... and their are now multiple huge scenario games per year in the U.S.

Either I'm eating into the conspiracy of paintball -NOT- Dying or it actually is going through a... Synthesis right now, where a lot of our older companies are either floating by more for "custom shop" type feel and the big companies now are dominating the sport with the ability to pump out markers for a fraction of what old school prices would charge. I mean could you imagine how much a Marker like the Luxe would charge for back in the mid 90's? It would definitely start of with a 2 or a 3 with three other numbers behind it.

I for one Feel paintball is NOT dying, it's going through a Synthesis right now, that the "old school" feel is all but dead now and this newer age of production and marketing has complete control.

1 was earned for leading a Charge and moments later getting lit up...

2nd was for Sportsmanship(Helping younger players at the fill stations and not being a douche bag)

3rd Was for Hanging the opponents Flag 3 Times in less than a minute(we had to change th flag Stations color from blue to red, every time I jumped back into the Trench It turned back to blue) 4th time, they were waiting for me and I got lit... the .... fuck... up...

So I've grown fond of playing against Rental players and Walk-ons. Just the complete randomness I suppose is what I enjoy. I see things I cringe at, but hey it's just like bringing a 16 year old to a Strip Club... In the end you always have fun and When I go up against walk-ons I always have some sort of way to make the day a laughable memory instead of a pissed of ranting nightmare where a Fight Breaks out because 1 douche bag wouldn't take the snake and only wanted to stay at the temple.
