prophecy z2 vs spire?

Id like the pros and cons to each. I currently own a v1 prophecy but it has reached the end of its days so i figured it get a z2 cause i love my prophecy. But then someone told me to go with the spire so here i am asking all you guys for pros and cons of each. thanks

yes i have a 3 man speedball tournament coming up not today but next sunday and was wondering if you have any tips? I have won a couple 2 man tournaments but im not sure if you have to go at 3 man differently. any tips are greatly appreciated
Strength vs endurance

I was wondering if you guys think its better 2 have strength or endurance in paintball? I see pro teams and they have a combination of players who are ripped out or players with runner bodys. Id like 2 see your guys opinions

Hey guys I am ordering an etek4 and I was wondering how I can tune it to get it shooting as smooth as possible? I dont mind giving up efficiency I just want as smooth of a shot as possible.(p.s I dk if it matter but i have a ninja tank with a regulator that can go to high or low pressure)
