If you have a standard tank, you can have your reg removed and have a SLP reg installed.

If you have a ninja tank, you can just remove all the shims in the regulator and that will make your tank low pressure and will work fine.

Just wondering what type of tank do you own?

How would a dead battery cuase this the only time this happenes is when I pull the trigger the air comes out of the solanoid instead of the bolt?

Solenoids are powered by the battery, and if the battery is dead, it won't close the solenoid.

Your battery may have enough power to monetarily open the noid but not enough to close it

Main issue in dye markers when this happen is a dead battery, try that first
