So I discovered this great website awhile back called Pc Part Picker, basically it gives you a list of all parts you've selected, their price, a link showing their features and the vendor that has the lowest price. It has a button to use BBcode so that it's viewable in the forum.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

    CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($219.99 @ NCIX US)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($28.98 @ NCIX US)
    Motherboard: ASRock Z77 Extreme4 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($142.86 @ Newegg)
    Memory: Kingston HyperX 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($19.99 @ NCIX US)
    Memory: Mushkin Silverline 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory ($37.99 @ Newegg)
    Storage: Samsung Spinpoint F4 2TB 3.5" 5400RPM Internal Hard Drive ($119.99 @ Newegg)
    Storage: Patriot Torqx 2 64GB 2.5" Solid State Disk ($69.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 3GB Video Card ($341.04 @ NCIX US)
Case: NZXT Phantom 410 (Gunmetal/Black) ATX Mid Tower Case ($99.88 @ Outlet PC)
Power Supply: Cooler Master 700W ATX12V Power Supply ($84.99 @ Newegg)
Optical Drive: LG GH24NS70 OEM DVD/CD Writer
    Total: $1165.70
(Prices include shipping and discounts when available.)

This is my build from a few months ago. As you can see it's a lot easier to read than a few of the builds posted here linking each part. The only complaint I have is that sometimes the info given for the part isn't very complete.

Definitely recommend using this for any builds being posted here.

P.S. You can also search for parts from a specific website (e.g. Newegg) if you want to buy from one place.

P.P.S. You can also save builds on the site if you create an account.

I'm ten minutes from downtown Toronto. I go to VEP, Infinte and both Defcons.
