Ill just post this here, couldn't figure out where else..
Me and a friend do this at least 1-2 times a week, and some running in there.
I was trying to follow the MARSOC 10 week regime, but time constraints and school don't allow me too.. but that's not the point.


So whats are your thoughts on this?



Its quite nice for functional strenght and some cardio. It mostly focuses on working with your own weight (like somehting else that i cant remember the name right now)

If anything, maybe suggest another video topic for us to do it on, he does the stuff, i do the filming and editing and try it on the side.
Please dont bitch on how this isnt the optimal paintball workout, blah blah.

Thoughts on it, suggestions?


Edit: We/I/He will be putting out another video, maybe like around Friday-ish when i finish editing it, its like 30 different types of push ups.

I'm looking for a new ASA for my Vibe, defiantly feel i need on/off feature.. since my regular one seems to be stripping the threads a bit.. like both the inside of the asa threads and the tank threads are worn down (at least the paint is) and there is a lot of like small metal specks inside it.. (pics needed?)

Id like to be able to keep the stock metal hose, my gun has to deal with some dirt/ground alot, so id prefer it over macroline.
Any decently prices ones on the market today? preferably under 30, buti can squeeze a bit more if its a better one

So has anyone tried this mod? its really fun sometimes, but there is only one server, so you get like 1k people on there.. and yet it still looks fine, the large map really makes its not feel as cramped

i dont get why soft ears are a thing... they are like a small peice of useless rubber covering your ear... they off no protection at all, too soft an flappy, just stupid.. why not just put a piece of cloth there..

not sure why every high end mask has then.. its stupid
id rather have like a hybrid design if people want to still have soft ears.. have some hard parts for support and actually going something, and the soft parts for who knows what reason.

If your wondering, i have a pair of Profilers..got shot in the ear, and parts where the soft ear is... FUCK that was annoying, its just stupid

BT pro pants
found those, they look quite nice, i kinda like the pattern, wish it was darker but what ever.. Eventually id pick up the jersey to match..
Other then these, and the other BT pants..
what other good camo pants are there on the market.. and like I said before, the PE/Dye ones are way too much.. So something in the similar price range..

I like these BT ones since the knee pads kinda sinch down, so you dont have the "MC hammer 12 sizes too big" paintball pants look.. i utterly hate that, just make the pants in the right way..
