I would be concerned that the movement could cause breach wear.
unless this guy is playing in sand, i wouldnt be too worried. delrin is very gentle. -

its fine as is, you dont need to worry about it.the efficiency that you loose is very minimal, if it really irks you, then change the bolt orings.read the manual and get a pressure tester/dow55. those are two very good places to start -

ans swabs are trash, theyre done after 1 use, quality>quantity, i regret getting all the 1 dollar swabs as they just make it messier. bomb swabs/exalt swabs or go home
id skip the tank cover, i know that youre trying to all red, but the tank cover is not good looking in person
if you have an extra few dollars i highly recommend upgrading to the ninja pro.
actually, skip the tank cover and swabs and use that money to upgrade to the ninja pro tank
nipple covers/thread covers are expensive, as long as you dont plan on loosing them then theyre fine, but if you are a forgetful person, id find cheaper plastic alternatives. -

shouldnt be touching the regulator, if you dont know what lube to use on an axe reg, you probably shouldnt be taking it apart. -
