Revolvers or 1911s?
06 March 2013 - 04:57 PM
Are there any pistols out there that look like the aforementioned?
I'm not the biggest fan of the feel of either the TPX or the 8.1, and if I'm going to spend more on a Rap4 I'd rather use that extra money on something I'd like better if I can. -
How strong are tanks?
26 February 2013 - 06:53 AM
In the sense of using one without a cover on it.
I know tons of people just run their tank with grip tape or those rubber slips, but I'm one of those people who thinks if I drop it in game a rock will gauge the shit out of it and it'll explode.
How strong/thick are carbon fiber tanks? -
Gravity vs Motorized loaders?

Opinions for pump play?
I used my new Empire Sniper this past weekend with my Proto Primo, but got fed up fairly quickly with how it didn't seem to keep up as well as it did with my KP (especially when trying to use the autotrigger).
I switched it out for a Rotor, and it was glorious as per mechanical feeding. The issue I found with that was, even with the tension screw backed out almost to the last thread, it seemed that the tension on the ball stack was still strong enough to overpower the return spring on the pump, leaving me to have to manually pull the handle forward.
So whatchyall think? Not enough feeding power versus too much?
Are there any loaders out there that don't feed with as much strength? (Aside from the Pinokio, I know it's fairly light) -
TechT Hush vs Stock Bolts

Are the Hush bolts worth it in any real capacity?
I've never used one, I've only heard positive and/or neutral things about it from people who do use one, I'm just curious as to what the deal is behind them that makes them worth forty bucks.
The only real benefit I can imagine is that the little star shape on the face of the bolt directs air evenly around the ball so it's not one central air "spike" hitting the weakest point of the ball.
But I'm also curious if the "ramped inlet" in the center causes any clipping problems with the ball stack, especially with electric loaders. -
