on the side of my Karnivors solenoid manifold housing it says "STO". i've heard people say things along the lines of "STO cockers" but have never really known what it means. what does the "STO" mean / stand for? are there other kinds?

i need help identifying this reg, i've had it on my pump for a while and so far no issues. but recently my pump hasn't been working properly, and after consulting my local pump expert it's not to do with the IVG. so i have a feeling that the reg is gunked up as hell. also, if anyone has any idea how to disassemble it i would appreciate the information. i have a feeling it has to do with the two grub screws (don't ask how i came to that conclusion)

pulled a bad slide into snake, though i just jammed my wrist. nope, compression fracture on my radius. looks like i'll be out for 3 weeks.
