  1. In Topic: Bob Long Spool Insight NG

To me bob longs' spools are a completely different type of spool. There's your matrix's, your dump valves and then there's bob longs. They're very strange but super efficient and i love the milling on the victory's and this insight is looking pretty good too.

  4. In Topic: Mini vs G4 vs eXTCy

    02 January 2013 - 04:25 PM

The G4 isn't bad it uses the same bolt design used by Eclipse and by DLX and the Droid and Clone use the same bolt design. Honestly i bet five people in this thred have shot the G4. With the guns stock the mini definitely wins. The extacy and the rail and the ion all have 30-40 milisecs of dwell which is absolutely insane your gun won't be able to shoot that fast. I had a proto rail and i was only able to make it shoot at 15 bps it sounds cool but is insanely slow. The new proto and GOG guns are also all ions so the fact a mini and G4 are being compared to the ion is not a smart thing to say. The mini and G4 all have 10-12 millisecs of dwell (most high end guns do too). If you upgrade the g4 (there also are not that many bolt upgrades for the mini) then its shot is very similar to that of the mini but it feels different (its hard to explain the shot of a gun), mini is definitely the winner

Your body surprisingly needs 3 times as many proteins as it does carbs (sugars specifically). This is so because your liver is what metabolizes food and body tissue if need be. When working out or depriving yourself of stored energy, you body will go straight to metabolizing muscle tissue because it is already a protein so it is the easiest to turn into energy (in the for of ATP). Your liver uses sugars to create ATP to help drive muscles. This means that taking in some thing that has 3 times as many carbohydrates as proteins IMMEDIATELY after working out can be very beneficial. I went from squatting 200 (max) to 305(max) over a period of 3 months. I started bench pressing at 135 (max) and now I can press 230 (max). The only issue with this is I had to take in the substance literally within 5 mins of stopping my work out. If your looking to loose weight at the same time what I did was I decreased my calorie intake and i mixed in cardio that really got your heart racing. The best cardio work out for any football player is jump roping. And as a football player you should not worry too much about your weight but more so about your % of fat versus your % of muscle mass. I started of my freshman football season at 190, i now weigh 230 so it worked for me but everyone is different so you'll have to find out what works best for you.
