  1. X Factor wins Hunington Beach

    15 April 2013 - 09:54 PM

San Antonio X Factor wins Huntington Beach with a win over Vancouver Vendetta in the Finals.
Top ranked San Diego Dynasty, the obvious favorite after their big win at Dallas, was eliminated in the Elite 8 by 8th seed Portland Uprising.

Of course we have NO idea how these games played out because there was no webcast to watch... <_<
There is a quick recap, the full results can be found at Hunington Beach Scores ... if anyone cares
  2. Making Paintball Boards Waterproof

    09 April 2013 - 05:41 PM

To my knowledge I don't think any or many paintball boards have this. Why do paintball companies not put a silicone or other material conformal coating on their boards. Basically what this would be is a thin layer of rubber type material that would cover the board other than harness points. I have seen guys fry boards on rainy days and once they are fried you have to drop $50 - $200 to get a new board. A waterproof board would take away any risks involved in playing in the rain plus you wouldn't have to worry with electric taping the grip and board housing which is what must people try as a protective measure now. This can be a hassle and is not always effective. This is just one more thing to help move paintball guns forward and to make them more reliable.
