Well, if any of you remember me, I'm the guy with a rogue. But now my Rogue's OLED screen has gone out. Getting ahold of Hostile is impossible so I'm wondering what to do. Would APE be able to help me? -
My Little Brother: The Wiper
31 October 2012 - 07:47 AM
My little brother is a wiper. We play frequently, mostly outlaw, which makes an honor system very important. However, lately he has been refusing to call himself out when hit. When I "reffed" one of our outlaw games (I'm by no means qualified to be a ref, but I figure someone needs to be around who isn't playing to keep things from getting out of hand) he took several hits to the mask at various points throughout the game and ignored my requests for him to check himself. I confronted him over it later, but he insisted his stark white profits were covered in spray, not the remnants of a clean break.
Part of me hopes it's just him being unable to judge what a break looks like when you check it with your hand. I have hopes that using a thicker fill paint than the infinity we normally shoot could help, but when we recently played airball at a local field that uses graffiti he got into an argument with a ref over the same issue.
My brother loves the game, but I don't want him to be "That Wiping Asshole" that everybody seems to know. Please give some ideas on how to deal with this, or at least convince me not to care about it. -

Help!
06 September 2012 - 04:15 PM
Just received my new Hostile Rogue today, aired it up, shot a pod of paint, then tried to degas the gun with the On/Off ASA. Now it's blown an O-ring and I can't find what size it is.

Looking at upgrading from my beat up Ion to a mid end. Narrowed it down to these two because I'm a sucker for reliability.Any advice, opinions, or alternatives would be appreciated.
