    brand new. The detentes are not worn out at all.
    The ball seems to roll partially into the bolt causing the eyes to think there is no ball in the chamber

    I started with tippmanns and now use a DP E1. It's a good gun, but the problem is that DP guns require quite of bit of knowledge and experience in order to use them without problems. I love it but so far i have:

    1. stripped eye cover
    2. scratched a bolt
    3. unseated the reg by messing with the reg too much

    Is it a good bolt engine yes. Is it easy to deal with no.
    Eventually you will upgrade the bolt on the gun u start with because you WILL get that itch. Then you get the L7 bolt system making all the markers in your price range perform similarly.

    If your beginning from scratch make sure to have a good mask, tank, and hopper before you get a marker.

    Personally the best markers to start with are mechanical guns in order to learn to pick your shots and save some money. If you really want something better later you can always buy it.

    In your price range though the best gun for someone new to the sport would be the PMR (even though i personally don't like the gun).

    own both. find that the thermal lenses of the i4 to be better made. I find the i4 to be more breathable as well. The grilz, in my opinion, provide better comfort though. I suggest the i4, more lens to choose from.
