it would depend almost entirely on the gun... which pump are you using? if its something like a phantom with no real detent then i probably wouldn't run a rotor, or force fed at all... if its something like a sniper type then you should be fine with the rotor -

it really depends on the timmy... is it a stock GZ or is it a 2k5'd GZ? a stock GZ should have the same efficiency numbers as any other 2k2, the only difference is the GZ frame is LED only with a dipswitch board, i haven't seen any reliable efficiency numbers from a 2k2 that i can recall but should be somewhere around 1300 off of a 68/4.5k
as far as shot quality, it isn't G6r smooth but it should be very close (least it is compared to mine). i'm running my dragon at 8ms of dwell, LPR @ 75psi and my HPR at 275, it is completely stock and it shoots like butter... however depending on the settings on your quest it will probably shoot smoother
