Just use the Planet Eclipse grease but I wouldn't suggest raising your dwell as that will absolutely kill your efficiency even more. Don't use baby oil either, that's pretty sketchy.

Exactly my thinking. Some people feel like it restricts their arms to have that much padding too, personally I feel it sort of adds support.

Pads, pads, pads. That's what you need still.

Pads are for pussies! Just save up for a nicer pair of pant's with groin protection, and knee pads built in.....anything else is not needed and only an option. Your setup is great. you may want gloves if your playing a lot of speed though....

Tell that to the people who've torn the skin off their forearms or gotten a nail through the knee. Pants absolutely DO NOT provide the kind of protection pads do. They soften the blows but don't actually prevent serious damage should you go down on a rock or stake due to the low density of their padding.

I know several people that prefer the Vice to the G6R. Either way you are getting a whole hell of a lot of performance marker for your hard-earned dollar.
