    I picked up a Gryphon and like it, then again the most capable guns I play against are full auto tippies so it doesnt matter to much, woodsball.

    All I did was buy an Apex 2 barrel (get the one with 3 kinds of threads, you just remove adapter sections incase you find a new gun), a OD green paintjob, that camo wrap cloth stuff to help cut down on noise, and a swat team style sling made from straps I had laying around.

    Works great, if it ever (which should be a while, Tippy guts) goes to pot I will just screw it to the shop wall for decoration and go looking for something else. 2 moths of play on it, no chopped balls, no breaks, no jams, no missfies, etc...

    I dont jump up and down on it, but I dont baby it. Really for the price its good. If it was $150, NO WAY, but for $60, sure. You can buy the APEX barrel and have a pretty good gun.

    Other wise not total barbarians, also the reason I want the kiddo to have good protection, dont want her to give up after one bleeding welt.
