    Do you have a good mask w/a thermal lense? If not, this is step one. Step 2, grab a good higher end loader. Step 3, your very own carbon fiber HPA tank (ok, I get steps 2 and 3 mixed up, but honestly, they are interchangable). Finally, your marker. Is 500.00 your whole budget or what you have leftover after you have the other gear?

    Well, there is no bigger myth than Ben Affleck being a good actor. But, I'd call around town and see whose able to fill. Definitely start with scuba shops, fire depts and fire fighter supply companies.
