JT PROFLEX HELP!

Hey guys, quick question. I have been using JT's lately but i havent used them in a tournament yet, and ive yet to take a shot to my soft bottoms. As a front player i get pretty close to other players and i was wondering if anyone knows how well JTs take shots to the mouth. I was wondering if anyone has seen people get injured, chipped teeth, or anything like that. I assume you just get a nice welt on your lip and chin area but i was wondering.
