I can see were your coming from with this, i may still put an expansion chambour on which i was planning on doing anyway and yes the bt-4 is very simple but that is what i like about it, affter 3 years i have not put any money into it not even an o-ring which is why i have not given it up -

do you know of any good upgrades for this marker internally, i gave e grip, rip clip as well as a good barrel and what not

Tuna/salmon alllllll fish have a high protein content but its all in how you eat it.. start adding alll kinds of butter nd stuff like that it defeats the purpose. you can buy tins of tuna sardines are really good as well high on protein,,,,
